These real estate agent referral services are not affiliated with LKV RealtyTM, LLC and LKV Realty, LLC is not responsible for the program provided by the real estate agent referral services. LKV Realty may earn a commission on the completion of a purchase or sale of a property in any of the states they are licensed in when they refer you to a 3rd party, licensed real estate agent referral service. This 3rd party licensed real estate agent referral service will connect you with a licensed real estate agent to purchase or sell a property.
Qualifying for the reward requires using a real estate agent that participates in the real estate agent referral service’s broker to broker agreement to complete the real estate buy and/or sell transaction.
You retain the right to negotiate buyer and or seller representation agreements. Upon successful close of the transaction, the Real Estate Agent pays a referral fee to the referral service. All Agents have been independently vetted by the real estate agent referral service to meet performance expectations required to participate in the program.

A reward is not available where prohibited by state law, including Alaska, Iowa, Louisiana and Missouri. A reduced agent commission may be available for sellers in lieu of the reward in Mississippi, New Jersey, Oklahoma, and Oregon and should be discussed with the agent upon enrollment. No reward will be available for buyers in Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Oregon. A commission credit may be available for buyers in lieu of the reward in New Jersey and must be discussed with the agent upon enrollment and included in a Buyer Agency Agreement with Rebate Provision. Rewards in Kansas and Tennessee are required to be delivered by gift card.
The real estate referral service will issue the reward using the payment option you select and will be sent to the client enrolled in the program within 45 days of receipt of settlement statements and any other documentation reasonably required to calculate the applicable reward amount. Real estate agent fees and commissions still apply. Short sale transactions do not qualify for the reward. Depending on state regulations highlighted above, reward amount is based on sale price of the home purchased and/or sold and cannot exceed $9,500 per buy or sell transaction.
Employer-sponsored relocations may preclude participation in the reward program offering. LKV Realty, LLC is not responsible for the reward. The reward is valid for 18 months from the date of enrollment. After 18 months, you must re-enroll to be eligible for a reward. Offer subject to change or cancellation without notice.
[3] Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC agrees to pay the borrower $2,000 in the event we are unable to close the loan even though the borrower(s) met all underwriting criteria as described below. Borrower(s) must complete and provide all necessary information to be pre-approved by Lakeview to be eligible. Subject to final credit and property approval per full underwriting guidelines. Pre-approval guarantee is not applicable and said pre-approval may be revoked if there are any material changes in the borrower’s application or credit status from the original date of the pre-approval. Material changes may include; changes in underwriting guidelines, the loan amount or property value, loan product, loss or change of employment or income, undisclosed liabilities or increases in debt, fraud, misrepresentations or material omissions in the loan application and supporting documents. Additional conditions or exclusions may apply and subject to final underwriting guidelines.
[4] Lock & Shop is available on fixed-rate, Conforming Conventional, FHA, and VA loans on a primary residence. Borrower must be pre-approved by Lakeview to be eligible. The locked rate will be honored for sixty (60) calendar days from the lock date. The Lock & Shop program removes the risk of your mortgage loan’s interest rate increasing while you shop for your new home. During the sixty (60) calendar days, you can lock your loan’s interest rate at the current rate if it is lower than the rate in effect on the original lock date. Locking a lower interest rate is available only one time up until a purchase contract is received. Additional conditions or exclusions may apply and subject to final underwriting guidelines.
[5] $5,000 Mortgage Closing Guarantee is based on the mortgage loan closing date provided in the original sales contract or last amended purchase sales contract. This guarantee is only available on purchase mortgage loans with closing dates set for a minimum of 30 calendar days after the original purchase contract is signed and received by Lakeview. Loan closing date is subject to the receipt of fully completed application and required supporting documentation. Required supporting documentation must be provided to Lakeview in no less than two (2) business days after a fully completed application is received. Loan closing is subject to final underwriting approval. The Closing guarantee is not applicable if: a. borrower changes loan products or terms after the loan application is submitted, b. closing is delayed due to seller’s failure to close on time, c. if borrower(s) fails to meet contract requirements or contingencies, d. closing is delayed due to a third party or third party requirement, including but not limited to; title company, appraisal or appraiser delay, inspection; banking institutions, attorneys, family members, real estate professionals etc., e. closing date is not included in the contract, f. closing is delayed due to inclement weather or natural disaster, or g. loan documentation or application contains fraudulent or misrepresented information. Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC reserves the right to amend, terminate or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Mortgage Closing Guarantee paid in the form of a $5,000 lender credit on the Closing Disclosure at closing. Standard qualifications apply. Loans are subject to final credit approval.
[6] Refinance Bonus is available after 6 on-time payments have been made on the original loan and until 3 years after the date of first payment on the original loan. Credit will be automatically applied at dosing and can only be applied towards payment of the origination fee up to a total amount of $1,500. Any portion of the credit amount not used towards the origination fee will be waived. This is not an offer to lend and is contingent upon qualification per full underwriting guidelines. Offer cannot be applied towards previous loans or applications. Offer may not be redeemed for cash and is nontransferable.
